More on the Whalley condo fire in Surrey yesterday

Quattro Condo fire: Here is a close-up shot of the condo fire in Whalley (Surrey) yesterday. The condos are located at 138th Street at 107th Avenue. Phase II was burnt to the ground but Phase I was mostly intact. The condominium project is worth $625 million with units running from $140,000 to $400,000 each. All is covered by insurance. It was noted that a fire was discovered in a bathroom in an unfinished unit in Phase II two or three days before and likely caused by homeless people.
