Shower

I was up just before 9 am and puttered around on the computer for a while before taking a nap late in the morning. The shower afterwards was needed and felt real good, a nice, long, hot shower! Now I am just finishing up cooking potato pancakes, known as "Kartoffelpuffer" in German, and also referred to as Latkes, a name some of you might be familiar with. I'll be having that with applesauce and will have enough left over to take into work tomorrow.

Next on the list of items to do is paying the rent and getting the laundry done. Mundane chores but necessary just the same. I hope you've been having a great weekend where you are. Have a great week to come!
