Well, all this talk about muscles and fitness in general has me in the action of losing some extra pounds in order to get in shape for the amount of hiking I do from spring through to autumn (and we're talking miles and miles of hiking here!). I'll soon be setting up a meal plan so that I get the nutrients needed plus don't add extra pounds I don't want. Money is tight right now but food is very important, so I don't plan to skimp there. It seems Brad is back to training at the gym. Good for him! He's got a hot physique, so it should be even hotter!!! Oh, remember, that special post is coming up very soon! You won't want to miss it.
