Tristan and Isolde

The story Tristan and Isolde has been popular since the Middle Ages and has appeared in German, French and English. It was even put to music by Wagner, though I'm not much of an opera fan. With operas I'm likely to change the channel on radio and tv if I don't turn either off all together.! It was even commemorated on a stamp (above) during Germany's Third Reich.
