Charles Hall discusses a Star race called the Tall Whites

In this short video clip with still photos and drawings Charles Hall is interviewed concerning a Star race (extraterestial) called the Tall Whites. I spoke to Charles a number of years ago before moving to western Canada. As a physicist and former U.S. airman, he is very knowledgable and interesting to talk to. I spent three quarters of an hour discussing another Star race likely coming to us from Barnard's Star (when in the northern hemisphere, look up towards the North Star in the night sky to find this star).
