muscles

Being fit and in shape through fitness training gives us not only awesome muscles but also the stamina to do many daily chores, such as working at our jobs, doing housework at home or taking out the garbage and recycle material, and the fun stuff as well, such as walking along the seashore or hiking in the mountains, dancing into the night at a club or being intimate with our partner in life.
