More hot male models to watch!

Here are some more hot male models worth watching for their eye appeal alone, if not for where their careers take them. That's Maxim at the top, followed by Patrick, Mischel and Colby James at the very bottom. Photographer Joseph Bleu has done an excellent job capturing these models in their best light. What do you think? - V.

Brock Harris - model

Brock Harris, a 21 year old model from Stillwater, Oklahoma, is a Junior Music Theatre student in Hartford, Connecticut in the eastern United States (New England) who is primarily pursuing a career in acting while modeling on the side. He certainly has the looks and well-defined physique for acting and should do quite well. Meantime, Brock appears to be doing very well modeling. He is represented by Renegade Models, who you can contact if you wish to book him for a shoot.
His statistics are: height 5'10", weight 160 lbs, measurements 41-30-29 (shouldn't that be 41-29-30?), shoe size 10.5 (mine's 11), short blond hair, blue eyes, Caucasian ethnicity and white skin colour. Check out Model Mayhem at http://www.modelmayhem.com/BrockHarrisModeling or check for model #827228 on that website. And while you're checking out Model Mayhem, have a look at Tetu ( http://www.tetu.com ) for more hotties. You can tell from the photos that there are a number of rolls he could play as an actor. I certainly could see him playing a part in a western (check first pic) or in a movie involving a sports theme just to mention two. He'll cerainly inspire others to follow his lead. Brock's certainly another model worth watching as his career progresses! - V.

Run Super Natural

Run Super Natural - There's something about running naked with the primal freedom it involves. Here Nick Symmonds gives us some pointers on Nike runners but nude running is probably more interesting, don't you think? - V.

Klondike Rose

Here we are nearing the end of another week. The weather is improving each week. Last weekend I had plans to get out to take more photos, weather permitting, but that was not to be. It looked promissing Saturday morning but clouded over by afternoon, so I cancelled going out that day. As a result, I spent that day behind the computer doing research. Sunday was overcast all day but warm. Again, because of the cloud (for me I love sun and blue skies, though some cloud adds interest), I spent the day indoors mostly. I got caught up with the rest of the laundry having done most of it on Friday evening after arriving home from work. The balance of the time was spent behind the computer and in the kitchen.

This brings me to Klondike Rose, and before your thoughts go to the Yukon in northwestern Canada, let me tell you I'm talking about a potato, called "Klondike Rose." Its got rose-coloured skin and a gold flesh similar to another potato variety called "Yukon Gold." This brings me to the subject of what I was busy doing in the kitchen. I was cooking up the potatoes, skin and all, for making potato salad. After the potatoes cooled, I removed the skin, cut them up into slices, finely diced an onion, chopped up a tomato and then prepared an olive oil and white wine vinegar dressing to which I added a little bit of prepared dijon mustard (with horseradish). I added a bit of sea salt and freshly ground pepper to the dressing, mixed it and then added the dressing to the salad. This was mixed and left in the fridge overnight. I had potato salad at work two days in a row, a departure from sandwiches each day.

There is one thing though that is of concern. The usual varieties I buy tend to sprout after a time as I would consider normal. After two weeks, these potatoes have shown no signs of sprouting. This led me to do a little research and I found that these potatoes (considering their origin) have been "treated" to prevent sprouting, in other words given a dose of radiation. Doubtless, I'll likely not use them again and opt instead for varieties of potatoes not treated in this way.

Now I'm about to head out to work once again but I'm looking forward to the weekend where I hope to head up to Burnaby Mountain to check out the cherry trees in blossom. Then I might head over to Stanley Park to see the rhododendrons. We shall see what the weekend brings! Meantime, have a great weekend when you get to yours!!! - V.

Edilson Nascimento - N2N Bodywear photos

Brazilian model Edilson Nascimento, age 23, has come a long way over the past few years. Major Model Management and other agents are involved in his career plus the many photographers that provide their own unique perspective. The series of shots taken for the N2N Bodywear line using Edilson as one of N2N's models is stunning, absolutely stunning! When you open the webpage to the site, the above photo appears on the page. All I can say is WOW! He looks hot and sexy in these photos. What do you think? Check out the N2N website and decide for yourself. Perhaps you'll even find something you'll like to awe your friends or mate!
I especially love the pic below, its so hot! There is another one of similar type but I haven't found it to post as yet. Just allow these to be your motivating factor for improving your physique and making your dreams a reality. Edilson certainly is! I'll leave you to view the remaining photos. They speak for themselves!!! Meanwhile, Edilson has become one of my friends on Facebook. He's certainly one to watch! - V.

Burnaby Mountain - Spring

This afternoon (Monday) I was up on Burnaby Mountain to have a look at how far along the Japanese cherry trees are to blooming. Well, they've just started and I guess should be a better show by next weekend. Those at lower elevations are about a week ahead of those on the mountain.

The view is spectacular from the western end of the mountain looking west toward Vancouver, Burrard Inlet and the Coast Mountains. The image below shows Capital Hill in the centre with Vancouver and Stanley Park off in the distance.

There is a closer view of Capital Hill above and then you can see a shower in progress in the photo below (or does that start as snow?).

Then there are cases of finding the unexpected on such trips out, like this person trying out his parachute technique over and over again. He really didn't get enough lift since the winds would die down all of a sudden but here is a series of shots showing his attempts. Then he would do this over and over again. Good for working on the technique though! Have a great week!!!

Scott Herman - some more pics

My friend Scott Herman posted an album of photos. I found these interesting, in addition to the others I've posted here. What do you think??? - V.

English Bay - Easter Sunday

Today, Easter Sunday, I made a late start out but found myself in Vancouver once again. After completing a couple of errands plus getting some Blossom White Tea and a piece of Lemon Poppyseed Loaf, I began a walk along the seawall toward the 3rd beach on English Bay (Stanley Park). We had pouring rain all day but it let up by the time I got to Vancouver. It was at that time that I wished I had taken my Sony camera along, the larger, better one! I made due with the small camera (HP) and these are just some of the photos that resulted. The image above was taken from the main beach.
Part of the way along the main beach I had a following: a flock of mostly pigeons and a few crows! I managed to get a photo of one of the crows. Mind you, its at one end of the park bench and I'm at the other!!!
There is a view of the main beach above and a view taken from the 3rd beach. A clearing was developing and the weather only got better as the afternoon and evening progressed.
Looking at the last photo you wouldn't think we're just north of the 49th parallel would you? The fan palm at the 3rd beach is deceiving! Let's see what kind of weather comes our way on Easter Monday. - V.

Steven Strait – The Covenant

Here's another video clip featuring a series of clips of actor Steven Strait from the movie "The Covenant" but there are a few shots of Taylor Kitsch as well. Steven is another actor that started out as a model before moving into acting. You'll have to see the movie though to understand what its all about. Have a look. - V.
